I am a child of God, a music journalist, a short story writer, a college student, and a Macbook addict. The most important thing in my life is my faith. My biggest struggle is my daily attempt to love people with the same authenticity that Jesus did. I am unnecessarily hard on myself. I struggle with many, many other things. I am socially liberal and, when I vote, I vote Democrat. I am obsessed with France and the French language in a very outward way. I love my home state of Louisiana, the Astrodome, Slurpees, and the bassline at the beginning of “Our House” by Madness.
